The Lord of the Rings: The Card Game is a Living Card Game with new adventure packs being released periodically. This is a cooperative adventure game in which the players attempt to complete scenarios or play as a campaign with lasting deck effects. Each session players decide if it is more urgent to send their heroes and allies to quest and progress the scenario or to fight enemies before they gain power. Each core box allows for 2 players to create decks and go through the scenarios.
