DO NOT use the kiosks to check into your hotel room. Check in at the front desk, make sure they put the $5 discounted parking on your stay. Ask for a room closest to the conference center(its a far walk from some of the rooms).
Smoking Area:
This event we are asking people who smoke or vape to please do so under the pavilion outside. Wingnutz is planning on bringing a folding table or two and some ashtrays. Please do not bring out chairs from inside the venue. Instead bring a personal folding / camping chair to guarantee seating. Please use the ash trays, don’t ash or throw butts on the ground. Let’s keep the area clean and clear and be respectful of the venue.
LAN Classic Parking: What You Need to Know
Parking is $5 per day for all LAN All Night Classic attendees. Here’s how it works when you arrive:
- All guests: Pull a ticket at the parking kiosk.
- For those Staying less than 30 minutes: Parking is free.
- Hotel guests: When you arrive at the Lodge, please take a parking ticket to enter the lot. Guests must check in at the Front Desk, where they will add the $5 contracted discounted parking to your wristband. After that, you can discard your parking ticket and use your wristband to access the parking gates for both entry and exit. You MUST check in at the front desk to receive the discounted parking rate, as the kiosks will charge the full $19 parking fee.
- Non-hotel guests: Please take a parking ticket to enter the lot then get a parking validation sticker at the LAN All Night Registration Desk. The validation sticker will lower the daily cost to $5.
